New Uke Day (NUD) NUD - Flight Fireball Baritone

Honestly, I wish I could figure out what strings are on it. I know the B & E are their version of Worth Browns, but I'm trying to work out what to do for the D&G when I need to replace them. Honestly I usually dislike the strings on a ukulele when I get it, but I absolutely love the sound of...

Feeling an itch - a concert resonator?

Romero Baby Baritone strings. Tunes a tenor to DGBE like a baritone. It uses two wound strings.

Feeling an itch - a concert resonator?

I have a GoldTone full metal Resouke that is a "super" concert (concert body, tenor length neck). I put Baby Baritone strings on it and it sings! I had a National, but sold it because I found myself never actually playing it. Truth be told, for what I was playing, the Gold Tone sounded better...

    WTB: Klos All Carbon Tenor

I'm going to have to agree with every single thing said here. Sorry I haven't responded, but a case of pneumonia knocked me out for a few weeks. Mine is acoustic only, because honestly I don't really ever intend on playing in a group or on stage and just enjoy the whole "living room music"...

Does anybody know if Synergy Instruments is still in business?

I ordered a Baritone Ukulele from them a year ago. It took a bit to get to me (as expected) and I got it sometime in March. At the time, there was a major string buzz on the first and second fret of the A string. Running a quick check shows that the third fret is indeed high at this string...
