That's why I asked first. I learned a while back never to throw a punch in someone else's fight until they ask.

This is the nature of business. I've been stiffed out of hundreds of dollars by people who recognize that its cheaper for me to just be stiffed than to pay for lawyers and file suit. It's 21st century capitalism: your corporate lawyer is a profit center.
