hello everybody, just a quick message from St Ives in Cambridgeshire
i'm looking forward to checking your ukulele reviews out as I fancy getting an Electro/acoustic ukulele but need more info on them.

at present I use a vintage Tenor ukulele and am plodding on with learning how to get a tune or two out of it.

it's all looking good so far

Greetings and welcome. Glad you joined us. Lots of considerations in choosing a uke with a pickup, then there's choosing the amp!!!!! If you choose a "passive pickup," many of us use an external pre-amp/eq. We could almost use another forum just for pickups, mics, and amps.

Thanks Phil, I have a lot of research to do yet on the electro uke,and as you say the amp has to be sorted as well.
i''ll get there in the end though
