Stress in top affect vibration?

Hello,
I am trying a spanish build and have glued the sides to the neck.
When it's off the jig, the body sides are a bit off kilter to the neck.

If I just go ahead and have the jig hold it in place while I fit the kerfings and top, will it make the top have stress that might lead to problems, or affect the vibration?

Should I use some heat to straighten it out before I go further?

That would be pretty normal, as the very slightest difference in bending, or how it's glued into the neck will affect this. As long as it's not severe you should be fine.

BTW. I glue the sides to the tail block and let dry. The neck is already glued to the soundboard and dry. Then these two assemblies are glued together.
