How active are you?

At minimum, 20 minutes of cardio each and every day (recumbent bike, unicycle, running), followed by weight training for an hour (three days on, then one day off cycle).

Weekends, add at least one day with 6-10 mile hike/power walk (getting ready for hiking in New England this summer). :) Anyone want to join me for a hike in NH/MA, let me know. Fun!
