Well, we went. First time I've seen the Edukated Fleas or Lords of Lichtenstein, and they were both well worth seeing!

Stu was his usual wonderful self.

There wasn't enough jam time - when the concert was over, the sound man cranked up the music. By the time I mentioned it to Bernie (McMahon, the promoter and a member of the Ladies Auxiliary Ukulele Orchestra, from Williamstown, MA), most of the group had packed up, and was on the way out.

Bernie said that they have a small Uke fest in Williamstown each year, usually the third Sunday in April, and are trying to keep this one going on the third Sunday in August.

I'm going to try and make it to both, next year. And get more UU members to go, too!
