I'd say that entering an old video isn't against the rules, but it didn't take alot of effort either.
I think making a new vid specifically for the contest has merit.
Videos can be collabs with other instruments as long as a uke is involved.

I don't have a good microphone, either. The one on my laptop sucks. Also, with the Mainland banjo uke coming soon, it'll be a while before I do.
Don't mind me, I'm just complaining...
