Unique Curly KoAloha KTM-00 Tenor w/hardcase

I am selling this beautiful tenor ukulele made by KoAloha featuring rare curly Koa with matching front/back and perfectly bookmatched as the pictures show. Even the sides are curly! Build date is April 2015. Was originally purchased through Hawaiian Music Supply and setup with low action (2.5mm @ 12 fret) by Joel. Plays and sounds great!. Currently strung high-G with Southcoast Light Medium strings. Condition is excellent, was barely played and has been well humidified. Selling this to help finance a custom uke.

That Koa is really cool. I already have a KoAloha with interesting Koa (orange highlights), but yours is pretty. Good luck with your sale!
 
Where is this shipped from? And does it come with the HMS case?
 
This will ship from California no case, for $35 more I can include an oahu hardcase
