New Member here

From Tampa Florida, took early retirement and went on a walk about... I ended up on a small island in the South China Sea.

I picked up a new ukulele here and started playing, my grandfather was a uke man, I hope to follow in his footsteps.

I'm learning a lot here and appreciate being here at UU...

Hello and welcome to the UU forum. I always slightly envy folks who have musical family members! My grandparents were supportive of my interests (they were the ones buying an organ for me, and later on a computer in the early eighties when they rightly figured it would be important for the future), but I always wished I had had someone close by who played an instrument, too. I think it is awesome that you plan to follow in your granddad's footsteps!
