I was trying to print some music listening to my printer whir and buzz and 'Sprong!" "What was that," I asked myself?
After getting my copy printed I glance over and saw that the G sting on my Big Zebra Baritone had broken. It seems to have separated right at the tuning post? It doesn't look sharp or anything. It had been wrapped at least twice around the post. Weird
I've had Aquila Reds break but never a wound Aquila? I just got this Uke in January seems like a short life for a string.
The good news is I just bought a new set of Worth Browns for it. I had been putting off changing the strings until I could record the sound of the Super Nylguts. I guess 'stuff' happens?
