Pono ATDC Solid acacia tenor - review

Perhaps you're thinking of Mim's Ukes: her eBay listings show the exact uke you're buying; only in the case of the very cheapest ukes does she not take individual photos.

I was thinking of HMS, but I just realized that I pretty much only look at higher-end or unusual ukes there, and those seem to often have notes that say that the pictures shows the instrument you'll buy. But you are right, that doesn't mean it's the same for all or even most listings.

I didn't about Mim's approach, which is good to know, too. Probably makes a lot of sense especially on eBay where people might otherwise complain they didn't get what was shown. I just recently put up my first auction ever to get some extra cash for a future Kanile'a guitarlele, so I spent some time reading up on common pitfalls for sellers and what all can go wrong.

Just to add to this for UK buyers - Southern Ukulele Store in the UK, with higher end models at least, photograph the exact models you are getting
