    Not bad at all! Do you braid the onions and hang them up to dry?

    Yes! Chuck they are braided..we say plaited...and I they are hanging in the metal department of the workshop approx: 100 onions ....I've been making kerfed linings all day and now the workshop smells of Sapele and onions, quite pleasant , if you like that sort of thing.

    Onions are the "secret" ingredient in a lot of tasty dishes, why not ukuleles too.
