Song Help Request Dont Bite by Kate Micucci

So, I looked all over the internet and this website, and I can't find chords for this song. My next step is to watch the episode of Raising Hope that it's in a lot of times and try to figure it out, but I thought I'd post this in case anyone already has done that. Thanks!

I found this video:

It sounds like she is tuned down a half step to B. -> f#-B-D#-G# tuning instead of gCEA
Anyways, she is playing I - IV for the first bit, then for the "I don't know-" part she goes to V7/V - I then back to alternating between I - IV. Another V7/V on the word "Rule-" repeat the I - IV a bunch.

in B:
I = B
IV = E
V7/V = C#7

if you wanted to you can play it in C tuning the chords would be:
I= C
IV = F
V7/V = D7
