Aloha! I'm a recent owner of an MGM and have to say I love it! I'm experimenting with strings and was wondering what you veteran owners are stinging this with. Mine came from HMS strung with Aquilas and a wound G, which I asked for. I love the dark, yet crisp sound of the stings, but would like just a tad more darkness to the tone. So in short, what strings are you using and if you can explain, why.
