    Default Bad spelling

Check out this Android online uke tuner app, supposedly "built for players by players", yet at the top they spell it as ukalele? I've seen ukelele, but never ukalele. Not that great of an app either...Guitar Tuna app much better, but for guitar. Screenshot_2017-03-08-08-25-58.jpg

I always have grave reservations for advertisements with bad spelling or grammar. The odd typo in a personal ad can be expected, but glaring errors or misuse of words (their or there, for instance) really put me off. If the wording isn't correct, how good is the product likely to be?

Oh, I've been using that app for a few weeks now (as a temporary solution because I need to buy a new clip-on tuner ). Didn't notice the spelling when I downloaded it. Works ok for me, hasn't caused any problems, doesn't request any unnecessary permissions.

I seem to keep a lot better track of my cell phone than my clip on tuner. I did buy a uke a while back that has a built in tuner. That is priceless!

Really....last year I received a contract from a remodeler/roofer. It was all in CAPS. There were several spelling mistakes, and even the word Contractor was misspelled. It looked like a 4th grader wrote it.
There were legal issues too, but the spelling was enough to put me off. My attorney got quite a chuckle out of it. Of course, the remodeler didn't get the job.

I don't want to live in a world that is linear.

I just want everyone to understand that I am not a ukulele expert, even though it may look at times like I'm pretending to be.

I didn't even see that there, Rollie. Funny. I need to share that with some people.
