I don't know if the ones you're looking at will work. In your position, I'd contact Hawaii Music Supply. They'll have exactly what you need, (and probably some selection).
 
Yes, I'm sure they have, but I live in Europe on the other side of the globe :)
We don't have many uke shops here:(
 
I just ordered some pins from Kanile'a, they said they are "standard guitar pins with 3 degree taper" but, seems like most pins are 5 degree. I got some rosewood pins with abalone dot.

Congrats Finn! Nice purchase! Some of the best built and sounding instruments are on the plain looking side, so I wouldn't be concerned with any lack of figuring in the Koa. Heck, some builders have even cited woods with extreme figuring can become unstable where runout occurs when used in certain builds. I think Curly Redwood was actually singled out as very problematic, and Koa to some degree as well. So if that is actually true, I'd prefer a less figured selection if given the choice (can of worms just opened?). Besides, the wood on your Kanile'a looks great to me, and I can only imagine it sounds wonderful too!
