We have what we call "Frankenfile" which are our songbook songs on pdf fed through
a projector onto 'Frankenscreen' a 'cusonm-designed' screen which is vertically-oriented
rather than horizontally-oriented, to better show our song sheets :)

As long as its a pdf file, we can most likely project it, but it is NOT an opaque projector
from hard copies. Could be done in a smaller venue i suppose :)

thanks for asking,

just a heads up:

the Song Circle on Sat the 1st was fabulous. We began before 4p and ended around 11p!
yes, there were a couple of breaks for snacks and dinner, but mostly uke playing, Yay!

not much in the form of Open Mic, but it seemed to simply move on with a life
of its own.

the workshops with Mark and Jane from Australia were wonderful.
I led a beginners workshop, going over the Boot Camp materials in 2 hours.

after lunch on Sunday, we split up into 4 groups (G, C, E and A :) ) to work
on group open mic presentations. lots of fun there!

then Mark and Jane did a short concert and we ended around 4:30p Sunday the 2nd.

Mark and Jane will be performing with members of their group from Australia at the
47th Annual Ukulele Festival Hawaii, July 16th. It will nice to meet and greet them there.

Till next time, keep uke'in',
