Question Sexual Healing - Marvin Gaye

Hi all, I'm trying to play Marvin Gaye's Sexual Healing but I'm running into trouble when it changes to the "emotional stability" bit (maybe it's the bridge) . There's a run and as far as I can tell it goes from Eb to Fm7 to Gm7 to G#/Ab then to Bb really quickly which is a nightmare for my clumsy fingers.

I'm hoping someone here knows a work around, has another way to play it or a capo trick or something that I can do instead! Help hugely appreciated

If you are not allready doing it, I would suggest using movable chord shapes rather than those closest to the headstock.

Though Gm7 is usually easiest to play 1-1-2-0, quickly after Fm7 (3-1-3-1) it is probably easier to play as 5-3-5-3.
