Looking for some help naming the chords in this song

Hey, I'm posting this in a couple different forums in order to get different sets of eyes on it. I am needing a little help figuring out how to play this song I saw on youtube

I just recently bought the Kala Travel Tenor Ukulele and am loving it. I saw this guy play and have tried getting in contact with him and Bernunzio, but was unable to get the chords. If there is someone who is able to figure out the chords simply from listening (even if its just a few) so I can try to piece it together, that would be great. I am new to ukuleles, and am not familiar enough yet to name them simply from listening. Thanks in advance.
