The ukulele garden experience *april 15* la, ca

Also received that email announcement, but I won't be able to make it, just got out of the hospital for open heart surgery. U-Space and Jason always put on a good show, I'm sure the event will be well worth it.

Mike - take good care, please. Strum softly for a while. And best wishes for a speedy and easeful recovery.

Thanks you guys. Didn't mean to hijack the thread.

No worries Mike, most people who will go are already on the USpace mailing list.

And besides, you are a pillar of the local community, and your well being matters.

Get healthy so we can have you around for many years to come.

We had a great time today!
Jason Arimoto is a seriously talented guy, amazing player, beautiful singer, and a talented teacher.
Daniel Ho, Steve Billman (bass), Randy Drake (drums) were fantastic too.
The ratio of world class musician to attendee seemed like 2-1!
I'm looking forward to next year.

Does that mean there were not very many attendees?

I probably should've said the ratio of attendees to world class musicians.
But seriously they told me that the venue was sold out at 50 people and it never felt like that many,
though I didn't count people myself.
It seemed very intimate and personal. Everyone was so cool and easy going.
So, much, fun.
