Default Looking for a Magic Flea?

No affiliation, saw this one on the local CL, listed as a "Magic Flea" .

Koa top, with wooden fretboard, upgraded tuners. Looks like a nice one, if anyone here is looking.

The couple of times I played that style (koa, wood fingerboard), I found them to be a nice step up from the standard garden variety flea.

But those aren't Pegheads (as posted in ad), are they? The ones I purchased are all black.

Not Pegheds. Nice uke though, and (I like that Sailor Jerry artwork).

That looks to be a Phitz hard case. Amazon had many different designs in the past, but there are none available now. I have a silver faux ostrich one. They're decent cases.

Upgraded tuners? I don't see them on there (not pegheads at least). I think Magic Fluke/Flea's only come with their default fitted tuners or pegheads - there's no in-between that I know of.
That said, I have the same model and love it. Definitely a step up from the base ones.

Am I the only one who thinks it is odd that the person says it has pegheads , when the picture shows stock friction tuners ? Caveat Emptor .

That is certainly reason for concern.
