Retired a few years ago and finally started playing the uke, something I’ve thought about since graduating from UH many, many years ago. Ive been playing over a year and a half. I’ve had many hobbies and interests over the years this is the best. I have a great instructor in Carson City, but also joined UU+. Have read this forum often, but just officially joined. Just attended the 10th Annual Reno Uke Festival, an amazing group of folks, am also playing (trying to anyway) with the Reno Ukulele Group. I officially have UAS.
