It's not to work I goes.


But then I've got some things done this morning. Make breakfast, showered, dressed, swept the kitchen, vacuumed the carpets.

We are planning on picking up our BIL and driving down to Toto, Indiana for a little shopping and then lunch.

I like lumps and skins! Gasp! I use red potatoes. Besides butter and cream my mashed potatoes have lots of chopped garlic.

I use lots of garlic, butter, and buttermilk for a tang. Cheese will play a role unless gravy will be present.
 
A clove of garlic? Just one? You need to set your sights a little higher, son!


In my old age I've backed off on bombarding everything with garlic like I used to. I prefer a nice, subtle flavor unless it's the scampi from Giovanni's.
