Hilary ukulele

I recently found this ukulele in yard sale.
Sounded quite nice but I couldn't get any info on it.
It is lightweight and can't figure out what wood is it made from (or if it's wood at all..)
Would appreciate if anyone can tell me more about it.

It looks like one of the many Chinese sopranos you can buy on eBay, Alibaba, or Wish. One factory can crank out identical ukes and slap different labels in them. That doesn't mean it's bad, just inexpensive. Sounds like you like yours.
