Yeah I'll second that. They did a great job on my guilele setup after I asked for a lower than normal action setup. I like closer to 2.5mm instead of over 3mm which was standard on this model. And this was on a $140 guitar. I offered to pay extra for the extra service but they wouldn't take it, just did it.Elderly Instruments, in Michigan, comes to mind.
These guys are more or less local for me - nice shop, they do lots of luthier work in a building right across the street. I bought my Waterloo WL-S there - they carry some high end brands, and Martin, Eastman, Guild...I've even seen some Collings Ukes there as well.

Congratulations on the new Waterloo. I have played that model, it is wonderful and I am sure you will really enjoy it. Love the old time styling too, very cool
