ON HOLD FOR A COUPLE OF WEEKS AS I SHALL BE ON THE ROAD.
I am selling two banjo ukuleles. The first is an old Maybell, probably from the 1920s. The pot, neck and head are original. I believe the tension hoop and some of the hooks and shoes are not original - I replaced some of them with shoes from a prewar Gibson - so it has old parts as well as newish. I have installed a generic No-Knot tail piece and Gotoh UPTL tuners. The bridge is modern. It is a great player instrument. The back - birdseye maple - is flush mounted but can be mounted with spacers to get a little more sound. The neck is not perfect but very playable - there again it is a few years short 100 years old. The head diameter is about 7 inches.
Asking $275 plus shipping. There is a generic soft padded bag.
The second is a modern Oscar Schmidt with an 8 inch head, concert scale neck, strap, and a nice soft Cordoba gig bag.
Asking $135 plus shipping.
More pictures coming
