I found some new ones on a British site for a hair under 20 UK Pounds. Just a possible guide as I have been thinking about a set of these for a vintage instrument. Do PM me if you want a conversation about selling them.

Also Thomann (large European online music store) carry these tuners for €16.90 per piece (not per set).
