My Opio long-neck concert is strung reentrant with what appear to be clear fluorocarbon strings. I love the way the uke really rings! However, I want to string it low G. Should I use concert or tenor strings, due to the neck length? What brand? What fluorocarbon strings with low G do you recommend? Or should I purchase a fluorocarbon set and the low G string separately?

Thanks for the help!

I use Living Water low G concert strings on my acacia KoAloha Opio long neck concert; as I do on most of my tenor & concert scale ukes, including my long neck sopranos. :)

I have used a variety of low g, flouro unwound and polished flat wounds.
My Uke is a Koaloha super concert. It was my go to low g for a long time. I recently changed to flouro high g.
The smaller concert body just rings with the high g. I have a tenor I use for my go to low g.
