Nice review. Thank you for pointing this out. I went to the ste to have a good look. I like what they are doing trying all kinds of new things. First HPL, them HPL and old hybrid, then on to solid wood but CNC ‘d from a block of wood. Now the Oreo. Very cool looking ukulele and if you say lite and balanced I’m a believer. The sustain was evident in you video. Great value. I’d love to try one.

I think what I like best about Pete is his brain! He approaches his builds in really innovative ways. Helps that they still sound good too!

Thanks for the review. I'll have to look into these...they area made somewhere MN which is real close by..... the oreo....sounds as good as it tastes...would like to hear one plugged in to see how that sounds....an ukulele that I can plug in is most likely next on the list......'cause I can't afford the National Resonator that I lust after.......

Wonderful review, Baz.
Wonderful uke, too.
If I ever buy a thinline, that will be it.
It's amazing, for the price.
