My Outdoor Carbon Tenor has developed too much relief in the neck thus raising the action. I have tuned down a step to relieve tension. Is there any way to flatten the neck on these such as heat and weight or any other method?

Anything short of removing the frets and sanding the fret board flat, i.e. heat, weights, will unfortunately only be temporary. If the relief (up bow) is not too bad sometimes lowering the action at the saddle can help. If the nut slots are high, lowering them can also help.

If it really has changed, then just contact Outdoor Ukulele and let them know. I've got to believe they would cover that under warranty.
