That is excellent!! Such a nice take on this great song! And you remain true to the original Carpenters vibe! I was honored to see the Carpenters perform live in St. Louis (the Muni stage in Forest Park) back in about 1973. Just loved 'em. My three brothers and I had a band back then, and we often did "Close To You" at weddings. You have really made a great version! Thank you!
