Default OK, this is way out there... Vostok Amphibia watch

I just bought a Vostok Amphibia, non-auto, mechanical, hand winding.
17 jewels, anti-magnetic, so older model.
I got it as a beater to be worn at the YMCA, steam room even!
it may be a challenge to have to wind up every day (and night?) not
sure about a 46 hr reserve

I suppose my primary question is: How many windings for a full main
spring? I've heard 16-18, and even up to 40. Just wondering

    meanwhile, keep uke'in',

I have always wound manual watches until the stem was tight. Stop at the first resistance.
