Maggie Reilly was the uncredited singer on Mike Oldfield's 'Moonlight Shadow', everybody knows it.

Delia Derbyshire was uncredited for her work on 'The Doctor Who Theme'. Ron Grainer was given the task of creating the theme but just gave her a negligible few phrases of vague outline description and left it to her. She did everything using the limited resources of the BBC Radiophonic Workshop. Although she was uncredited there are many millions of 'Who' fans worldwide that are aware of her being the real author and creator of the piece.
