Like all new methods there is a learning curve.. and I'll have to do a few more before I get used to doing them this way.

I made a video of this but when I try to upload any new videos from my Youtube channel A bulliting says that I am "Blacklisted".

I need to make myself a flycutter. Another project in my tooling folder.

Looks like the new drill press works famously. Quite a nice looking machine, will have to look into one when they become available in the US.
Beautiful work as always Tim.

Cheers,

Steve.

Brilliant new machine. I presume you made the flycutter yourself Ken?

Not only did I make the fly cutter..I also some years ago made the boring head that the cutter is fitted in..with it can adjust the diameter of the rosettes by about 1.5 inch.

You should make them for sale. I think you would sell quite a few of them.
