What Style Number is it? - Vintage Martin Ukulele

I own the attached ukulele and believe it is a “Style 3” because sources say only the Style 3 has the 7 layer (7 stripe) top binding and a 5 layer soundhole ring, as well as the Fretboard goes to sound hole. I also think it dates to 1950 - 1955 due to it has T Frets, it not reading “Made in USA” below Nazareth PA inside, and it has no stamp on back of peg head.

Am I correct or wrong, and why?

The Style 3s were built from 1955 to ? with no center strips on the fret board. Looks like it has some years on it so it is likely from the 50s The round position makers put it after WWII.
 
That's reinsuring, thanks for the confirmation! I was concerned about there being no center strip on the fret board as several sites made that the identifying factor. - You guys are great, thanks again.
