You're very close! It's a TK-40, purchased from Mim a while back, and it's a cannon of a uke! I also have a CK-42 with Sinker Redwood top, and it sounds sweet as can be.
Both are strung with Living Waters, of course.
I LUV my Ohana ukes!

That is a Uke Leash Half Strap. I like 'em a lot. I like the Uke Leash Guitar Style Strap even more!
