GEORGE: Yeah. I think we really got something here.
JERRY: What do we got?
GEORGE: An idea.
JERRY: What idea?
GEORGE: An idea for the Season.
JERRY: I still don't know what the idea is.
GEORGE: It's about nothing.
JERRY: Right.
GEORGE: Everybody's doing Seasons about something, we'll do nothing.
JERRY: So, we go into UU, we tell the Seasonistas we've got an idea for a Season about nothing.
GEORGE: Exactly.
JERRY: They say, "What's your Season about?" I say, "Nothing."
GEORGE: There you go.
JERRY: Well, it's not about nothing.
GEORGE: No, it's about nothing.
JERRY: Well, maybe in philosophy. But, even nothing is something.


This is a week about – nothing. I want songs about the void, about nothing, zilch, zero, nada, nothingness, emptiness. Or songs that have one of these words in the title, or another word that signifies nothingness. I will also accept any song by Romeo Void or Cloud Nothings. I will also accept any song from the albums “Destoyer of the Void” by Blitzen Trapper or “We Started Nothing” by The Ting Tings.


Rules:

• The video must be a new video recorded for this Season.
• The video must say that it is for the 363rd Season of the Ukulele.
• Multitracking is okay, overdubs are okay. But I'm most interested in seeing and hearing you perform a song on the ukulele.
• Original songs are always welcome.
• Collaborations are always welcome.
• Collaborations on original songs? Hell, yeah!
• Videos must be posted to this thread. But not before midnight tonight, Hawaiian time. (And remember, Season 362 still has a day to go, so keep on traveling.)
• The Season lasts for 8 days, and ends at midnight Hawaiian time on Sunday night, February 3.
• NO MORE THAN THREE VIDEOS!
• Winners will be chosen randomly. I usually give t-shirts as prizes.

Perhaps it will become it will become this weeks theme song?

I changed the "he's" to 'she's" for this Bessie Smith song.The rude double entendres still work mostly...I think.Although there is one about a cabbage that probably shouldn't be scrutinised too closely.
I left out a couple of verses as it goes on a bit.12 bar blues get a bit boring after 4 verses, probably could have left out more.
