Really, I think that Loprinzi does the most mojo to me. I just ordered one. Lots of my friends play Loprinzi ukuleles. They're practical, feel good to play, good looking, very light, and have fabulous necks. One of my friends has 5, another has 4. I think we'll start a Loprinzi owners club.
The Barnkickers both play Loprinzi.
They are local (15 minute drive away) and give TBUS members a discount.
Sure, I'd buy a Moore Bettah if I was rich, but I'm not.
The Loprinzi may well be my final ukulele!
I'm a huge fan of Martin Ukuleles. Of the big K brands, Kanilea would be my pick. But, Martin ukuleles have the tone, neck and playability that I look for in a ukulele. I have ordered 3K customs in both Tenor and Concert size and they are wonderful instruments with beautiful voices. However, my favorite that ticks all the boxes is my Martin 1T IZ.
After trying about a dozen other ukes in different brands and models, my concert Flea is my Holy Grail, and since getting it, UAS is a far away memory, by which I have never been tempted since. That was 4 years ago.
All the reasons why? Pretty much well documented in Booli's thread here, "The Magic Fluke Company Appreciation Thread":
Nota Bene: I am not affiliated with, endorsed by, nor compensated by The Magic Fluke Company at all!
I'm just a huge fan and grateful for being able to own and play such a great sounding, easy playing, go-anywhere and durable uke with near perfect intonation.

Wasn't this same question asked not long ago? I think Kala makes ukes that are better than the price indicates. I've casually compared my $379 KAATP-CTG-CE to the $1000+ K brands and in my opinion, it comes very close. The Thinline travel uke is also impressive, a number of members in my group have it.
9 tenor cutaway ukes, 5 acoustic bass ukes, 11 solid body bass ukes, 8 mini electric bass guitars (Total: 33)
I absolutely Love my Sailor ukulele (which is a Loprinzi subsidiary) Fabulous neck feel and easy on the fingers with awesome sound. Good attention to detail/finishing. I got a solid Cherry one and cannot recommend it enough. Very easy to play all around. I also like Kanilea and KoAloha Opio.
