Twisted Neck

Hey guys & dolls,
I have a 1930's Harmony Ukulele that belonged to my Grandfather that raised me. The Neck picked up a twist & I would like to get it repaired or do it myself if possible.
Can I get some ideas on cost?
Can I get some advice on repairing?

How bad is the twist? Pictures would be good.

I have one ukulele with a twisted neck yet it still manages to play just fine. Someone really needs to assess the instrument in their hands.
