Default 1st annual TBUS Uko de Mayo

TBUS received a wonderful grant from Creative Pinellas to put on a Mexican music show for Cinco de Mayo.
We did a beginner's workshop, jammed, had art for the kids, did a guitar shaped/size pinata burst, had a concert and danced, and a Tex Mex food truck was there. We also did a drawing for two ukes we gave away.

Sweet, Nickie, I Google searched Creative Pinellas and found a video of y'all performing I'll Fly Away outside and moving on to the inside workshop. I can upload that video to YouTube, if you like.

Thanks, I was teaching a workshop inside, so I didn't get to hear this!

Sure go ahead and post them if you like. MY friend Emily organized all of this event. She also organized Uka Palooza, which was held in Feb, and got James Hill to come and do 3 workshops and perform.
