Going up or down one "size" makes sense for some applications and definitely works. I think two sizes can make sense but rarely, e.g. tenor neck sopranos but never heard of a soprano neck tenor. Three sizes is just ridiculous.

I won't talk prices as every proejct is different, but looking at some of the ukes in your signature, it would be well within your reach.
I am very much open to more suggestions. But I did reach out to Cripple Creek. I hope he has a video or sound link to Ukuleles. I don't like spending monies over a certain amount without having an idea of the sound. It's bad enough not knowing action, etc.

And I'm going to check the measurements against a pineapple we have at my son's. We'll see where the adventure leads. So I continue to welcome everyone's thoughts and ideas and am still very much open to suggestions. :-)

The Romero Creations Soprano is pretty close to a soprano scale tenor body fusion. I don't own one but liked how it sounded when I heard it at HMS. Actually sounds great with a low G.

I love Pete Howlett’s baby baritones (not that I own one or have played one—just lusting over them ). They are a quarter inch shorter than 19”. Does that help?

Hoffmann ML Tenor has the exact specs you're describing: baritone sized body with a tenor scale neck.
