It looks like that's just for one. StewMac gives you ten.
Actually, it's for a pack of 12, 2 more than Stew Mac gives you. Tried to upload image of listing but it won't let me. Just go to that page and it clearly says (pack of 12).

Ah, yes! But my page says, "Whip Tip 1-3/4" precision glue bottle nozzle extensions, package of 10." It was down a bit, to the left of the video window.
