Aloha Kakou

I'm pretty new to this forum. Originally from the mainland but now call the Big Island home for the past seven years. I started my uke journey with a Kala after living in SF for 15 years, and still have my original. Now that I am I'm looking to upgrade to a Hawaiian uke from either Kamaka, Koaloha or Kanile'a, I'm looking for insight. I only play around with tenors, some plugged in some not. Glad to be here and I'm sure I've got questions for the members here, so thanks in advance

Welcome to the forum. I own one Kanile'a, one Kamaka and three KoAloha. You can probably guess which one I would recommend you to get.

Any of the three K brands would be a good choice. I recommend you pay a visit to the Ukulele Site store (Hawaii Music Supply) in either Honolulu or Haleiwa and try a bunch of them in person. You'll soon know which one (or two) you should get. Best of luck, and welcome to the UU!
