    I haven't viewed the arrangement, so don't know what skill level it is, but Spencer Gay has one in his Chord Melody songbook (on pg.162). I tried to post a link, but it didn't work (UU told me I was a spammer). You can find it by googling "Spencer Gay Chord Melody Songbook."

    I've Googled Spencer Gay chord melody songbook and come up empty. I'll keep looking.
