This might be a bit of a left of centre one but after quite a few years I've dusted off an old games console and have been playing Guitar Hero.
For those that don't know about it, you use a plastic 'guitar' controller to press buttons to match a song on the screen.

What I've found is that playing this for 30 min or so daily very much works out my left hand and has helped me increase my finger strength and dexterity.
Just thought I'd share and see if anyone else has used this or other left of centre ways to do hand exercises.
