FS: John S Kinnard Series 1 Walnut Concert

Beautiful, custom all-walnut concert. Purchased from a longtime senior UU member that I am selling to help fund a custom Kinnard tenor that I have commissioned.

Immaculately built to perfection. Signature Kinnard sound with clear note separation across all strings. One of the most comfortable necks and playability I’ve experienced. Comes from a smoke-free home. In excellent condition.

* All walnut top, back and sides (figured/flamed)
* 1-3/8 nut width
* Walnut “Legacy” neck with twin carbon fiber truss rods
* 20 frets total, joined at the 14th
* Side fret markers
* Rosewood bound fingerboard (radiused), bridge, tail strip, heel cap and face plate
* Bone nut and saddle
* Nitrocellulose satin finish
* Peghed (4:1) geared tuners
* K&K Twin pick up and strap pin installed by John Kinnard
* Currently strung with Worth Clears and wound low G
* Original hardcase included

As the previous owner I can say without question this is one of the finest concert ukuleles that I have played/owned and it was difficult to let it go. It has all the craftsmanship and tone that John Kinnard ukes are known for without the bling - except the figured walnut which is fabulous.
