I want to present two Ukulele arrangements of Fernando Sor's Andante op.31 no.1.
First, here's the guitar oiginal played on my Cordoba Mini:
The first ukulele arrangement is made by Paul Mansell and found in his book Classical Uke. Like the guitar original it stays in the first position, thus not being too tricky to play.
A good arrangement for newbies of classical uke playing:
Samantha Muir's arrangement from her Little Book of Sor is a little harder to perform. It inspires you to boldly go, where no ukulele player has gone before: up to fret ten.
But it has the "low" C as a "bass note", sounding a little fuller then Mansell's version:
