Changing settings on an Ohana CT-22 tuner?

So I accidentally hit the A4 button instead of the power button on my tuner, and changed the Hz setting. Does anyone know how to change it back to its factory setting? I thought I had instructions, but of course I can't find them....

I tried that and the Hz just keeps going higher...I'll try holding it down/pressing it more and see if it loops. (Tbh, I don't even know what it does, which is why I figured I shouldn't mess with it!) If all else fails, I figure I'll take the battery out and see if that resets it! :D
