I think it's about time that someone started making Uke Jam. I'm not sure what flavors it should be, but flea and fluke would not be among them. Oreo (as in Bonanza Oreo) would be popular, also Pineapple, Pineapple Sunday (or Sundae), Cocoa (as in Cocobolo), and maybe Kalaflower.

Someone could make these in small batches and sell them at uke fests.

How about Kiwi-ya (as in Kiwaya)? Obviously, we need Daniel Ho's Pineapple Mango and, of course, guava jam. Maybe Mandarine Guerrero or Nectarine Guerrero?
