In this video I make a Ukulele bridge in basically real time, minus walking back and forth to various machines, camera setup, and about 4 mins of sanding at the end.
Steps are
- Marking out string hole locations.
- Drilling those holes.
- Countersinking holes.
- Rough shaping bridge.
- Sanding (I skip this boring part which was about 4 mins).
- Re counterbore (I usually only counterbore once at this stage around 220 grit)
- Radius the bottom to match the top radius (mine is 28')- I forgot to film this part but that is 30 seconds.
- Wax.
- Buffing.
